Our goals were to create an open concept layout that better connected with the den and to modernize an outdated kitchen with an emphasis on greater counter space.
Using two toned cabinetry - light blue mixed with rift cut white oak - and bright white counters that offset the dark wood floors, we introduced artistic contrast and visual interest. The double seating area, at counter height from the kitchen side and bar height from the den side also offer an abundance of entertaining options.
