The oversized island is the ideal landing point to host and to gather, perfect for entertaining. Keeping the color palette soft and light with blue and cream made the space feel open, airy, and elegant.
In this transitional kitchen, where flow of movement is key, we maximized this luxurious space by adding a second opening to the adjacent family room. Creating a cooking alcove with metal trim and repositioning the sink also gave the space better functionality.
