During your discovery call, we will:

• Get an idea of your needs, your must haves, and your wish list. 

• Have an initial discussion regarding your budget and any restrictions or accommodations. 

• Schedule a complimentary in-home visit.

In your home, we will:

• Get to know more about you, your family, your personal taste, and your lifestyle.

• Review your space to talk about your wants and needs.

• Assess the scape of the project.

• Share initial thoughts for how your space can be redefined.

• Take some preliminary measurements.

• Share insider knowledge regarding appliance options along with their features and benefits.

• Assess your technology needs and potential finishing touch opportunities. Does this connect with technology, not sure what you need.​​

 

Back at the studio, we will:

• Prepare a budget estimate.

• Send you our proposal along with the retainer fee agreement and payment plan.
  (When purchasing cabinetry through ELDS, a retainer fee will be applied to the cost of the cabinetry.)

• Schedule a full measure follow-up appointment.

• Kick off the design phase!

As we design your space, we will:

• Map out your space using floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.

• Customizing your cabinetry to maximize storage and curate a design aesthetic that reflects your taste and lifestyle.

• Incorporate selections of countertops, backsplash, cabinet hardware, sinks, and faucets.

• Create a lighting and electrical plan.

During construction, we will:

• Schedule initial walk-throughs with your contractor and their tradespeople to maintain clear communication. 

• Provide a detailed binder complete with floorplan, elevations, installation notes, and a finish schedule.

• Be on site for cabinetry delivery to ensure quality and see that any concerns are seamlessly resolved.

Need additional design services?

​Looking for paint selections, counter stools, window treatments, or more? For an additional fee (determined based on scope), ELDS can provide you with these services to help you fully achieve the vision of your new space.

 

Project Management:

If you would like us on site to act as the  liaison between you and your contractor, just let us know! For an additional fee, we will be on site during the process to advocate on your behalf as needed.
